What We Offer
We offer rental suites nightly, weekly and monthly (up to 6 months*). We put all our effort into style and functionality with a focus on clean and safe spaces. Our goal is for you to walk into your room with just your suitcase and groceries and be able to live comfortably. We want you to say to yourself "Wow, they thought of everything, I could live here!"

Living Spaces
50" smart tv's with included netflix, free wifi, air conditioning , coffee table, and space to store your personal belongings. The trendy decor varies by each suite and we pride ourselves on cleanliness offering weekly maid service to all our monthly guests at no extra cost. See all inclusions for each room in Room Details.
Kitchen Spaces
Our Kitchenettes vary depending on the suite you are in. All of our suites offer counter space, sink, fridge w/ freezer, induction cooker, microwave, coffee maker toaster oven and cookware for 2. For a detailed list of kitchenette inclusions see room details. We also provide your garbage bags, dish soap, dish cloths, dish towels, coffee and popcorn (for watching great movies after a long day!)
Sleeping Space
All of our rooms include a queen sized bed with a comfy pillow top mattress, a night stand and alarm clock. We provide you with a fluffy hypoallergenic duvet, sheets and pillows. Linen changes are part of the regular cleaning service that is offered to long stay guests and nightly guests always love our fresh linens.
Rooms 1,2,4 & 5 also include a love seat that will pull out into a double bed. Let the office know if you will be needing bedding for the pull out and it will be delivered to your room before you check in.
Washroom Space
Every washroom is equipped with body towels, hand towels, face towels, floor towel, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand & body soap, blow dryer, robe hooks, coat hangers and toiler paper. Additional emergency toiletries are available at the office.
2 of our rooms have glassed in showers with a seat and rainfall showerheads while the others have tubs. Check out room details for a complete list of inclusions. Some washrooms vary in look and features. Every washroom comes equipped with towels and toiletrie.
Local Area
Valley East or "The Valley" is used to describe part of the north district of Greater Sudbury. It's divided into communities and Hanmer is one of them. Fleur De Lis Motel is at the very north tip of Hwy 69 centrally located to all amenities. We have shopping centers, restaurants, all your favourite fast food, grocery, liquor/cannabis plus atv & hiking trails, lakes galore and so much more- all within a few kms. Public Space
Our motel is drive up to your room, park in front of your door. All our units are on the ground floor.
There is green space to walk your dog, poop bags and bin, a smoking section and picnic seating area.
Checking in is a contactless check in experience.
It's a bit different than a traditional motel and that may excite you. We have eliminated the need for a front desk & front desk clerk and invested into your comfort and amenities and personal experience.
